INHOUSE Venue Technical Management's (IVTM) fully equipped state-of-the-art Business Centre, based at the 5 Star The Westin Cape Town Hotel, assists with all the printing, faxing, binding, laminating, courier/mailing, typing, and data processing needs of hotel guests and for events hosted at the venue.

When the venue recently hosted a Conference, the facility was required to further raise the bar on their service levels and provide a 24 hour printing facility for the duration of the event. The fact that this eleventh hour requirement was met "with no problem whatsoever" reinforces the Business Centre's claim that their service levels are world-class. "We were proud to be able to assist the event co-ordinators in delivering a top quality conference to their highly esteemed delegates." explains Ms Mott.
