INHOUSE Venue Technical Management (Pty) Ltd’s, Conference & Event Technology service in Gauteng is fast becoming a serious contender in the event world, successfully delivering to top clients like Consol Glass South Africa.

Consol is the largest glass manufacturer in Africa and its list of blue-chip customers includes South African and international companies that demand world-class service, whilst Consol itself is benchmarked against international best practice for all.

In recognising and celebrating their longest working loyal employees, (amongst whom are some remarkable 40 year service records), Consol pulled out all the stops to provide a memorable evening for their staff at the Long Service Awards held in Tabia, Botswana in September. IVTM was their contracted technical supplier - providing everything from the custom-designed set to the Audio, AV and Lighting aspects as well as the technical team to bring it all together.

IVTM C&E’ s unique design for the event focused on “earth elements” combining the client’s particular vision for the look and feel of the evening as well as reinforcing Consol’s reputation as a Miss Earth sponsor and leader in greening initiatives. Consideration of each client’s unique wants and needs is an integral part IVTM’s service philosophy “We try to ensure that our client feels completely considered and that we have managed to add an element or idea to enhance their original concept. “ explains Brian Koen, IVTM’s Gauteng Operations Controller.

IVTM’s AV team excelled on this event, working and planning precisely to keep the timing and accuracy of the numerous Awards slide shows and clips spot on, whilst Dr. Victor kept the audience rocking for the rest of the evening using IVTM’s audio set up which was operated by Dr Victors technician.

“From our side, we know we brought our A-game to bear on this event and our team can really be proud of a job well done. This event and many more has kept us warm over the cold winter months but I am looking forward to what IVTM C&E has in store for us over the Summer.” says Koen.

So keep your eyes and ears open Gauteng, the summer season looks set to bring out big things from this enthusiastic team!
